Introduction

The Alumni Association of Sree Abiraami Arts & Science College for Women is registered under Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act 1975(TN ACT 27 of 1975) (SI no. SRG/Vellore/80/2021). The students who have completed UG or PG from our College are Eligible to register in alumni association. The association conducts annual alumni meet to rejuvenate the old memories and renew the contacts.

The Association requires to set-up a strong network among the alumni. All alumni of SAWC are requested to sign on as as contributors of the Alumni association and make certain their contact records are to be up to date.

Objectives

• Creating awareness among alumni of the institution and involve them in upliftment of the college as well as the students for their future education.
• To establish and maintain institutions providing for education to the poor students.
• To conduct seminars on job oriented basis and other fields so as to develop self-employment and entrepreneurship.
• To conduct seminars, lectures, show performance and such other media for the spread of education and sports among the students.
• Creating awareness among the youths about their ability and involvement in the scientific in the modern world.

To empower young women with a value-based educational opportunity that provides important knowledge and abilities, builds wish self-belief and confers, stature and dignity to come to be responsible global citizens.
