This Program was organized with the aim to give the students and faculty knowledge about “Data Science” and its importance. A total of 340 participants comprising Principal, IQAC Coordinators, Department Heads, Faculty members and students attended the Program. The Program started at 10.00 am, with Prayer by S. KOMATHI and M. SWATHI, from III BCA students followed with welcome address by Ms. S.A. AAFIYA AFSHEEN, from III BCA to the resource person and participants and Mrs. R. SWATHI, Head, Department of Computer Science and Applications, introduced the Guest Speaker to the gathering. The session was handed over to the Guest Speaker Dr. G. Ramesh Kumar, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Applications at C. Abdul Hakeem College (Autonomous), Melvisharam, Ranipet District explained about Data Science. He explained with the real-time examples for each and every topic with the clear manner. The session was deeply explained about “Data Science” and its scope. It was also very useful to us to know the deep insights on Data Science. In the interactive session, the queries and clarifications of the participants were addressed by the resource person. The participants have been given the feedback about the program. The Guest Lecture Program ended with the Vote of thanks by Ms.V.INDHUMATHI from III B.Sc (Computer Science).
